•  Instructions for running the propane heated water, stove, and oven are inside the trailer

•  Table and chairs located on porch, as well as a hammock

•  Fire Pit (Please put out fire with lots of water)

•  Sorry no smoking or pets

•  Plenty of room to pitch a tent
