Policies:
- No smoking or pets.
- US$500 Deposit required to hold reservation.
- Balance Due 60 days ahead of arrival.
- Check-in at 4 p.m.- Check-out at 11 a.m.
- Early arrivals or late departures can be booked when day is available for a 1/2 day fee
- Telephone: No charge for local calls. For long distance: 800#s, Credit Card or Calling Card calls only.
Long Distance Phone cards can be purchased at the nearby corner stores.
Cancellations:
- For cancellations prior to two months of occupancy:
1 night rental amount for administration fee. - For cancellations within 60 days of arrival:
Full payment due. If the unit can be re-rented, a pro rata refund, less the administration fee, will be issued.
